What are Credits?

Credits are the standard billing unit on Teamo Agent platform. More complex tasks that utilize premium AI models and external tools will consume higher amounts of credits.

Why Credit Consumption Exists

AI task execution relies on LLMs and external tools which incur operational costs. The credit system enables us to provide:

  • Higher-quality models
  • Advanced tools
  • Capability to solve complex problems
Credit Allocation

Credits are consumed for:

  1. External MCP Tool Usage
    • Each MCP tool/data source invocation consumes credits
    • Consumption varies by tool
  2. AI Model Token Usage
    • Longer inputs, deeper reasoning, extended responses, and multi-turn dialogues increase token consumption
    • Teamo Agent mode generates additional token usage when tools and agents interact
    • Different base models have varying credit costs

Refund Policy:

βœ… Automatic refund for platform-side failures

❌ No refund for client-side issues (VPN, network instability, etc.)

Credit Calculation

In Teamo Agent mode:

  • Precise pre-task estimation is unavailable
  • Final consumption depends on:
    • Task complexity
    • Agent model combinations
    • Tools actually used
    • Tokens generated
  • Range: ~10 credits (simple tasks) to 100s (complex tasks)
  • View exact usage in Credit Transaction History post-task
  • Adjust models in Agent Configuration
Obtaining More Credits
  • Free Users: subscribe to VIP Membership
  • VIP Members: Purchase Credit Top-up Packs (visible only to active VIPs)
  • VIP users can also earn more batteries by participating in the Invitation Event, inviting friends to register for a Teamo account.
    • Note: Users and invitees who engage in fraudulent or malicious registration through illegal means will not only have their batteries revoked but may also lose eligibility to participate in events.Those whose misconduct causes significant damage to the platform will have their accounts permanently banned without refund and may face legal consequences.
Credit Expiration Rules
  1. Free Credits: No expiry (from invite codes)
  2. VIP Credits: Obtained by purchasing a VIP package; never expires during the active subscription period.
